We interviewed Fernando Haddad, the mayor of Sao Paulo. Under his management,  400 kilometers of bicycle paths are being created to convert Sao Paulo in the more suitable city for cycling in Latin America. Furthermore, he is aiming to transform the whole city lighting through LED bulbs and turning the Avenida 23 de Mayo into the largest corridor of urban graffiti of Latin America, assigning 15 thousand square meters of walls so more than 200 artists can express their work.
